Programme Note

Ipê Amarelo as well as Aléia and Samambaia were inspired by a visit to Rio de Janeiro’s Botanical Gardens. Standing in front of the Ipê in all its golden glory is like achieving satori without the need for any Zen master; the elegance and luminosity of a tree that inhabits and endless summer will oversee every detail of our apprenticeship.
